MIlestone!

Last Friday I weighed myself at 181.0. I thought that was pretty freaking awesome! That was -14.4 lbs, which was so close to 15. (a good number, I think). Well, today I BROKE that number. Are you ready?.....

179.6!!!

I feel SOOO great! I am no longer in the 80's!! I have worked so hard, and it is so great to literally see the pounds shed off! Thanks to all who encourage me! You guys rock!

  1. so i made some chicken salad the other day and made a few changes that were actually REALLY yummy. i made a HUGE batch so it would last a few days. also, these arent exact measurements, you can do less or more of whatever
    here it is...

    4 chicken breasts, boiled, chopped
    1.5 cups chilled peas
    1.5 cups chopped celery
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    chopped green onion
    light mayo
    pepper
    garlic salt
    dijon mustard
    *i didn't add this, but if you wanted to add chopped cashews and chopped apples that might be good too.*
